Smoothie and Soup

1/2 Banana
1/2 cup yogurt
1tsp- 1tbs Honey ( I use Raw ) or Agave
1 hand full fruit of choice ( Fresh I use papaya mango and pom.)
( I use frozen blueberries, strawberries, and so on )
1/2 to 1 cup Almond Milk ( or Coconut Milk)
you can add :
handful of Kale, Spinach, any greens you want.
1/2 Avocado ( I add them when I can )
I add Natures Bounty Vanilla or Chocolate Protein Powder 1 scoop
You can add powder PB , you can add Orange juice instead of the non dairy milks.
Make the smoothie yours!

Cabbage Soup
7-Day Diet Weight Loss Soup (Wonder Soup)
Recipe type:Soup
  • ½ head of cabbage, chopped
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup white or yellow onion, diced
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 14 oz can basil, oregano, garlic diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • few shakes of black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt (optional)
  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add celery, onions, bell peppers, and carrots.
  3. Saute until slightly tender.
  4. Stir in garlic.
  5. Pour in chicken broth.
  6. Stir in tomatoes and cabbage.
  7. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat.
  8. Cook until cabbage is tender.
  9. Stir in oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, black pepper and salt (if using)
  10. Taste broth and adjust seasoning if needed.
  11. Serve and enjoy!
~TIPS~ Jazz it up by adding lots of spices, herbs and a variety of veggies. This makes enough for about 3 days. Keeps well in the fridge for about 3 day.

My Wedding Soup Recipe 

2 Kroger Brand Cans of Chicken Broth
2 Kroger Brand Cans of Beef Broth
2 Kroger Brand Cans of Veggie Broth
( buy one extra your choice in case you want more broth)
1 bag fresh Spinach
1 onion chopped up 
1 box Kroger brand Acini Di Pepe ( use 1/2 box )
2 Tbs Basil
2 Tbs Oregano
2-4 Tbs Italian Seasoning
I added Spinach and Herb from Tastefully Simple in there not sure how much 
I added about 2 Tbs of Chicken Bullion 

Meat Balls 
1 lb. Turkey Meat ( I used the ground turkey from Walmart it is cheaper)
1-2 cups Italian bread crumbs  ( use as much as you need )
add Italian seasoning I added about 1 tbs 
oregano about 1-2 tsp
basil 1-2 tsp
you can add Parmesan cheese if you like 

350   from 15-20 min. keep eye on them when they look done pull them out remember turkey does not have as much fat so will take no time for them to cook. 

I added one whole box of the Pepe and as you can see way to much lol.... make this soup your own like I did ... and ENJOY !!! 
makes about 1 week or so worth.....  IF you want less use less ingredients !!
